Kades’s offer services online and in-person. In person services are an additional add-on service.

 

How do we book you for press?

What are your online hours?

Our online hours are 24/7. We respond within Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm EST. Clients on memberships and 1-on-1’s have a different level of access for personal goals and accountability.
